Arthur G. Schoeck - TTI Trainer of the Year

Arthur Schoeck receives TTI Trainer of the Year Data Dome is proud to announce that our founder and CEO, Art Schoeck, was once again honored by Target Training International (TTI) as the recipient of the prestigious Trainer of the Year Award. The award was presented at the 2009 TTI Winners’ Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

TTI presented the award to Art in recognition for his outstanding achievements in adding value to the power of TTI assessments. His dynamic training sessions were noted for effectively communicating the importance of understanding and appreciating the behaviors, values and personal skills that employees bring to a job. It is this dedication that has been singled-out from a global pool of over 7000 candidates. Through his workshops, webinars and training programs, Art is able to help organizations improve talent management, increase productivity and create a positive impact on their bottom line.

At the ceremony Bill Bonnstetter, Chairman of TTI, said “Art’s dedication and expertise in the industry is vital to his ability to effectively transform an organization’s key talent to meet their human capital management goals through the use of workplace assessment tools.”

Chairman’s Award for Services to the Community

Data Dome founder and CEO, Arthur Schoeck, was recently honored by Target Training International (TTI) as the recipient of the Chairman’s Award for Services to the Community at the TTI Winners’ Conference in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Arthur was recognized for his continual efforts to support the community by volunteeering his time and expertise. His recent work to support Hob Nob Jobs in their efforts to align college students with meaningful career options was particularly noted.

Bill Bonnstetter, Chairman of TTI, said Art, along with several fellow TTI Value Added Associates, has "...demonstrated a strong devotion to contributing to our society by delivering the power of TTI’s assessments to those in the community."

Past Recognition

Target Training International has on more than one occasion granted Arthur Schoeck the TTI Trainer of the Year Award. He has also been presented TTI's Chairman's Club Sales Excellence Award in recognition of his dedication to sales integrity and excellence.

Hewlett-Packard and the BellSouth National Training Centers have both praised Art's presentations as among the most popular and valuable they have received.

Art is in demand as a speaker and trainer and has published articles in a variety of publications. Art's speaking engagements offer practical, effective solutions to such common problems as high turnover, personality conflicts and poor communication.
