Meet your presenters:
Arthur G. Schoeck is the founder and CEO of Data Dome, Inc. Art received his BA in Psychology from Florida State University and did his post-graduate research in Behavioral Psychology at the University of Florida. Art recently received, for the second time, the prestigious TTI International Trainer of the Year Award (selected from over 7000 national trainers located in 50 countries). He was also awarded the TTI Humanitarian Award for Community Service and is recognized for his dedication to excellence. Entertaining and informative, Art's speaking engagements offer practical, effective solutions to such common problems as high turnover, personality conflicts and poor communication. Ken Meyer is the founder and CEO of Atlanta-based Alignment at Work, LLC. Ken invented the Pull Principle® and the Pull Thinking® methodology out of a need to find a more effective way to rapidly gain organization-wide support for sustainable change and innovation in businesses. He has worked with many companies such as: Konica, Farberware, IMAX, Blimpie International, TechLINKS Magazine, Lucas Aerospace and the Atlanta Community Food Bank to name a few. In addition to serving as Alignment at Work’s lead consultant/coach and presenter for the past 18 years, Ken is also the author of the business resource book PULL THINKING: Harness the Power of Pull to Fuel Growth and Ignite Performance by Aligning People, Culture and Purpose. A graduate of Purdue University (BSIE), Ken is a senior member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE).
Jeff Lebow is co-founder and Chief Resource Officer of Alignment at Work, LLC. Jeff brings with him 20+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations, facilities planning and consulting. Jeff has built his track record with high-caliber organizations, such as Mitsubishi, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Weyerhaeuser, Georgia Tech, EMS Technologies, RJ Reynolds, Hayes Microcomputer and Fresh Express. His ability to find the unique value each person and company can contribute and his calm, deliberate negotiation skills in employee dynamics has proven time and again both refreshing and highly valuable. A double-degree graduate from the University of Michigan and a registered professional engineer in Georgia, Jeff is also a contributor to the book PULL THINKING: Harness the Power of Pull to Fuel Growth and Ignite Performance by Aligning People, Culture and Purpose and serves as the firm’s lead trainer and facilitator.
