The DISC Workplace Behaviors profile is designed to identify the behavioral demands of a specific job (not the person). Subject Matter Experts most familiar with the job complete the questionnaire to create the most accurate behavioral view of the of the position. Individuals are then compared to the Job Profile to determine best fit for the behavioral demands of the position.
