In addition to her business activities, Lisa is a founding board member of Journeys of Solutions, a nonprofit organization that focuses on infrastructure improvements, health care, and educational needs in third world countries. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, kayaking, skiing, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her three grown children and husband.

Susan brings to Data Dome over 25 years of experience in program management and client education in the organizational development industry. She has worked in both consultative and administrative positions in those years. Most recently, she has put her focus on educating clients to confidently implement Data Dome’s products and programs in-house. Clients are grateful for her partnership; from helping to design and launch their initial program to the dedicated, ongoing support she provides. She is passionate about creating positive and productive workplaces and how Data Dome’s work improves people’s work (and personal!) relationships, careers, and organizational results.

Susan enjoys spending time with her daughters, reading, outside activities, and caring for her small petting zoo.

Brittany joined the Data Dome team in 2019 bringing a background in hospitality, where she developed a strong foundation in client services and event coordination. Today, she plays a key role in program management, overseeing certifications, client training, and product implementation across Data Dome’s platforms. She also manages administrative operations and provides ongoing client support, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish.

Brittany works closely with client administrators and partners to deliver programs with efficiency, clarity, and attention to detail. Her approach is grounded in a human-centric philosophy, with a strong focus on building relationships and supporting clients in effectively delivering Data Dome’s assessments, tools, and content within their organizations. She is committed to helping clients feel confident, prepared, and successful as they bring these solutions to life.
